generalQ: How do I connect?
A: Click the Connect button on the homepage or use press F8 in fivem and type connect: fivem://connect/62.210.212.177:30120 OR search for "Parallax RP" on the FiveM server list.
Q: How do i find my citizenid and link my characters to the website?
A: In game go to any bank and open th ebanking menu. Under your name on the side panel it will show your CITIZENID which will look something like "EOL74633". Write that down. Next login to the website via discord then click on your name in the top right of the website. Tihs will send you to your dashboard where you will see a section for linking characters. Paste your citizenid in and click link character button.
Q: How do I contact support?
A: Create a ticket in the Support page or in the discord. Your tickets willl be synced via discord and the website so you can access them in any location.
Q: Can I own a business?
A: Yes! Apply through the Applications page.
Q: How do i become police?
A: Apply through the Applications Page
Q: How do i get a job?
A: RP in city or apply for a government job (PD, EMS..etc) or apply for your own business or you can do one of the jobs in city that dont require any linked job.
Q: How do i make money?
A: Roleplay in the city to find criminal activities or legit activities to earn money or you can get a job or apply for your own business.
